OZARK DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP RECAP!

Farmington, Missouri – It was a great weekend for AAU Gymnastics, as the Ozark District Championship welcomed over 500 athletes, 28 clubs and 2,000 spectators at the Farmington Civic Center, April 23-24!

Gymnasts traveled near and far to attend the meet including athletes from, Southeast Missouri, St. Louis, St. Charles, Illinois and Arkansas. Levels 1-9 and all Excel levels were competing for top honors at the District Championship.

The Ozark District Championship was hosted by Parkland Gymnastics and Metro Gymnastics Meets. Mandy Willson, Tom Burgdorf, and David Burgdorf worked extremely hard to organize such an exceptional event for all involved and we thank them for their dedication!

The meet also served as a qualifier for the 2016 AAU Gymnastics Age Group National Championship to be held in Orlando, FL June 29th – July 3rd!
